Colorado Springs City Council approved PlanCOS, a comprehensive plan for the physical development of Colorado Springs, in January 2019. RetoolCOS first reading has been approved by City Council on January 24. ConnectCOS will be presented to City Council next, see the City Council Calendar to stay involved.
