The Near North End is a historic neighborhood in downtown Colorado Springs. Our neighborhood encompasses a wide range of local businesses, historic buildings, and residential properties. The boundaries of the Near North End Neighborhood (shown below) are E. Cache La Poudre St., E. Bijou St., the alley between Wahsatch Ave. and Corona St., and Monument Valley Park.

Historic Buildings
Several properties in the Near North End are included in either the state or national register of historic places, including First Congregational Church, Grace and St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church, Hagerman Mansion, and Burgess House. Monument Valley Park, a central space for our community, was gifted to the city by General William Palmer in 1907.
